Returns Policy:

At Attentive Clothing, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive damaged or faulty items, we're here to help.

  • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for damaged or faulty items. Please inspect your order and contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your product if you discover any issues.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us with your name, order number and details of the damage or fault. We'll provide you with the return instructions for returning the item(s).
  • Refunds: Once we receive your returned items and verify the damage or fault, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Return Shipping: We do not cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or faulty items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
  • Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or faulty upon receipt.
  • Discounts/Promotion Codes: Items bought with discounts or promotion codes are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or faulty.
  • Exchanges: Once out of stock we will be unable to exchange any damaged or faulty items, full refunds will be granted once the damage has been verified.
